Customer Service Experts - Ethos Consultancy - chosen by Microsoft Gulf as an innovator in the field of Technology

Microsoft Gulf has selected Ethos Consultancy as an ambassador for their recent Gulf wide marketing campaign - ‘A Passion to Succeed’. The objective of the campaign is to capture the spirit of creative businesses and entrepreneurs, in the hope of inspiring other companies to fulfill their potential. Given the plethora of SMB’s Microsoft Gulf had to select from, Ethos Consultancy was thrilled to be recognised and invited to participate based on their innovative approach to business and entrepreneurial spirit. Launched December 2009, ‘A Passion to Succeed’ will run for three months across a number of online and print mediums.

Efficient and innovative operations is at the essence of Ethos’s growth and success and with over 50 active clients, the staff at Ethos need the support of reliable application and operational software. Major clients include Emirates NBD, First Gulf Bank, Majid Al-Futtaim, Du, HSBC, Ministry of Interior, Prime Minister’s Office, Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA). Husain Shabbir, Director of IT & Web Development at Ethos continues “We have built a customised mystery shopping application using technologies like Visual Studio and .NET platforms. This has enabled us to have the entire mystery shopping process completed within a 24 to 48 hour period which is something we were unable to do using legacy applications.”

One of Ethos’ clients, RTA commented “Ethos’s online tools have made it easier...which allows the concerned people to check online 24/7 for the results and take the required actions faster and easier.”

Taking part in this campaign has been a definite feather in Ethos’ cap as innovative technology driven solutions are at the heart of the Ethos’ vision. This accolade comes on the back of Ethos picking up the 2009 MEBA Employer of the Year Award and the Lloyds TSB Most Innovative Small Business Award in December 2008. Ethos plans to extend operations into Qatar and Oman in 2010.
